About this blog

This is updated on a very ad hoc basis, depending on how my life is going. Some months, I may be studying, and thus, posting intensively every day, but inevitably I go on hiatus for a while to process what I've taken in.

I am not fluent. Sometimes there will be mistakes, though I do try my best to catch them before hitting Post, and to fix them if I find them afterward.

My dream is to one day be able to talk with my in-laws in their language, without an intermediary. To be able to read Latvian poets and literature and history books. There's so much to learn..
